Relief/Tyler Giblin/Munroe Regional Health System [SPCC]; Provides relief for Tyler Giblin, a minor, by and through Gina and Mark Giblin, parents of Tyler Giblin, for injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of the Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala. Provides for the use of funds. Provides limitation on the payment of fees and costs. Provides for payment of unreimbursed medical costs to the Agency for Health Care Administration, etc. CLAIM: $700,000.
