Disability History and Awareness; Requires district school boards to designate "Disability History & Awareness Weeks" during first 2 weeks in October each year; specifies that district school boards may provide disability history & awareness instruction in all K-12 public schools during 2-week period; encourages state postsecondary institutions to conduct & promote activities related to disability history & awareness.
