Interpreters for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing; Requires that person be credentialed by Florida Certification Board, Inc., in order to practice as interpreter or transliterator; provides for statewide credentialing process for interpreters & transliterators; requires that board administer such process; requires that board establish Interpreters for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Advisory Board to recommend policies, procedures & actions for credentialing process, etc.
