Health Care [SPSC]; Repeals provisions relating to comprehensive nutrition program & healthy lifestyles promotion; requires DOH, when conducting environmental health program inspection of certified domestic violence center & certain residential child-caring agencies to limit inspection of such centers or agencies to requirements set forth in department's rules applicable to community-based residential facilities with five or fewer residents, etc.
