GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Altman

Medical Quality Assurance [SPSC]; Requires certain disciplinary actions to be reported to the Division of Medical Quality Assurance of the DOH rather than the Division of Health Quality Assurance of the AHCA. Requires the AHCA to forward copies of adverse incident reports to the DOH. Authorizes the AHCA, DOH, or appropriate regulatory board to receive notification of adverse incidents for purposes of certain disciplinary proceedings, etc.
