GENERAL BILL by Robaina ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ford
False Personation of a Law Enforcement Officer; Revises provisions relating to unlawfully showing or displaying certain lights; provides that unlawful display of blue lights is misdemeanor of first degree; revises provisions relating to falsely impersonating an officer; subdividing penalty provisions for purpose of referencing such provisions; increases penalties for unlawful use of flashing or rotating blue lights, etc.
