GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Sobel

Enterprise Zones [CPSC]; Authorizes the cities of Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Park, and West Park to jointly apply to the OTTED for designation of a single enterprise zone. Provides for the creation of the Energy Economic Zone Pilot Program by OTTED. Provides for the designation of a pilot program community and provides guidelines and requirements for the conduct of the program within the community, etc.
