Corporate Income Tax; Deletes specified provisions relating to federal amendments to federal law dealing with bonus depreciation for purposes of adjusted federal income & corporate income tax liability; deletes specified adjustments to federal income; specifies treatment by state of specified depreciation & expensing of assets allowed for federal income tax purposes; requires DOR to compromise penalties & interest under specified circumstances, etc.
