Certified Public Accountants; Exempts CPAs from passage of examination pertaining to state laws & rules applicable to practice of profession; removes provisions authorizing late filing fee for laws & rules examination, provisions requiring passage of examination for license renewal, & provisions requiring passage of examination for reactivation of inactive license to conform to exemption provided by act.
