SB 7056: Innovation Incentive Program
PROPOSED BILL by Commerce
Innovation Incentive Program; Expands the definition of "project" to include alternative and renewable energy applicants. Authorizes the waiver or reduction of requirements relating to matching funds for alternative and renewable energy projects. Requires the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development and the recipient of an award enter into a contract setting forth conditions for the payment of incentive funds, etc.
