SB 2004: Juvenile Justice [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Dean

Juvenile Justice [SPSC]; Authorizes the court to set reasonable conditions of preadjudicatory release for children charged with specified acts or who have previously been charged with or committed delinquent acts. Provides an additional finding to support the use of secure, nonsecure, or home detention care. Revises provisions relating to recommendations by probation officers to the court concerning placement and any proposed treatment plan of juveniles, etc.
