SB 2238: Mitigation Banks [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Richter

Mitigation Banks [EPSC]; Requires that rules of the DEP and the water management districts relating to mitigation banks be consistent with federal regulations. Requires the DEP to adopt a uniform process for obtaining a formal assessment determination for potential mitigation bank establishment. Provides that a formal assessment determination is binding for a specified period and constitutes final agency action, etc.
