Pollutant Discharge Prevention and Removal; Eliminates requirement that DEP make recommendations to Legislature each regular session relating to operation of Pollutant Discharge Prevention & Control Act; removes obsolete language requiring DEP to submit report relating to preapproved advanced cleanup of petroleum contamination sites to Governor & Legislature.
