Design Professionals; Limits liability of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, & surveyors for construction defects resulting from performance of contract; prohibits such contract from limiting liability of design professional; specifies that provisions do not apply to certain claims; provides that act does not apply to contracts or agreements entered into, or professional services performed, before specified date.
