Agriculture [EPSC]; Prohibits county from enforcing certain limits on bona fide farm operation on agricultural land; prohibits county from charging agricultural lands for stormwater management assessments & fees; provides exemptions from certain restrictions on county's powers over activity on agricultural land; creates "Agricultural Land Acknowledgement Act", etc.
