GENERAL BILL by Bullard

State Lotteries; Provides for a special instant scratch-off lottery game titled Ticket for the Cure. Provides for revenues to be used for the purpose of funding breast cancer research and services for certain breast cancer victims. Provides restrictions for the use of funds. Defines the terms "net revenue" and "research." Authorizes the Department of the Lottery to adopt rules. Provides for revenues to be equitably apportioned to certain state universities to be used for the purpose of funding breast cancer research and services for certain breast cancer victims.
