GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Criminal Justice ; Evers

Controlled Substances; Adding to the list of Schedule I controlled substances certain specified materials, compounds, mixtures, or preparations that contain hallucinogenic substances or that contain any of these substances’ salts, isomers, and salts of isomers, if the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation; providing that it is a misdemeanor of the first degree to possess specified amounts of certain synthetic cannabinoids in nonpowdered form, etc.
