GENERAL BILL by Budget ; Health Regulation ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Evers ; Storms ; Gaetz ; Montford ; Lynn

Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems; Providing for any permit issued and approved by the Department of Health for the installation, modification, or repair of an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system to transfer with the title of the property; providing conditions under which governmental entities are prohibited from requiring certain inspections and systems; providing circumstances in which an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system is not considered abandoned; providing for the validity of an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system permit if rules change before final approval of the constructed system, under certain conditions; providing that a system modification, replacement, or upgrade is not required unless a bedroom is added to a single-family home; requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to notify those counties or municipalities of the use of, and access to, certain state and federal program funds and to provide certain guidance and technical assistance upon request, etc.
