Sovereign Immunity for Dentists and Dental Hygienists; Requires contract with governmental contractor for health care services to include provision for health care provider licensed under ch. 466, F.S., as an agent of governmental contractor, to allow patient or parent or guardian of patient to voluntarily contribute fee to cover costs of dental laboratory work related to services provided to patient without forfeiting sovereign immunity; prohibits contribution from exceeding actual amount of dental laboratory charges; provides that contribution complies with specified requirements.
