Public Records and Public Meetings Exemptions; Eliminates requirements that closed portion of meeting of State Child Abuse Death Review Committee or local committee at which specified identifying information is discussed be recorded, that no portion of such closed meeting be off record, & that recording be maintained by state committee or local committee.
