GENERAL BILL by Thompson

Charter Schools; Providing that contracts for charter school employees and contracts for charter school operations with an educational service provider or vendor may not extend beyond the terms of the school’s charter contract; specifying that charter school employees and service providers or vendors under charter school operations contracts are not entitled to compensation after the charter school’s closure; providing for closure of a charter school under certain circumstances, etc.
