Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information; Deleting the requirement that a person who willfully and without authorization possesses personal identification information concerning an individual without first obtaining that individual’s consent has an intent to fraudulently use the information in order to commit a specified violation; providing criminal penalties, etc.
