Eyewitness Identification; Designates act as "Eyewitness Identification Reform Act"; requires state, county, municipal, & other law enforcement agencies that conduct lineups to follow specified procedures; requires eyewitness to sign acknowledgement that he or she received instructions about procedures from law enforcement agency; specifies remedies for failing to adhere to procedures; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to create educational materials & conduct training programs.
