GENERAL BILL by Braynon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Driver Licenses and Driving Privileges; Citing this act as the “Driver Accountability Act”; providing a criminal penalty payment alternative if a court finds that the violator has demonstrable financial hardship; amending provisions relating to driving while a license is suspended, revoked, canceled, or disqualified; revising provisions for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to suspend the license of a person who has failed to pay a financial obligation for a criminal offense, etc.
