GENERAL BILL by Judiciary Committee ; Reed ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Moskowitz

Background Screening; Authorizes DHSMV to share reproductions of driver license images with DOH & AHCA for specified purposes; exempts person whose fingerprints are already enrolled in certain FBI program from requirement that such fingerprints be forwarded to bureau; requires DLE to retain fingerprints when department begins participation in certain program; revises requirements for proof of compliance with level 2 screening standards; requires certain screened employee fingerprints to be retained in national retained print arrest notification program; requires simultaneous submission of photographic image & electronic fingerprints to Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
