Malt Beverages; Provides requirements & parameters for manufacturers obtaining vendor's licenses; provides requirements for brewpub to be licensed as manufacturer/vendor; deletes prohibition against manufacturers & distributors conducting tastings; prohibits common carriers from making deliveries of malt beverages to consumers; provides that possessing & transporting growler is lawful; authorizes certain product shipments between licensed manufacturing premises & between two manufacturers who brew malt beverages in collaboration; defines "growler"; provides requirements for growlers; authorizes licensed distributor or manufacturer of malt beverages to conduct malt beverage tasting.
