GENERAL BILL by Appropriations

Medicaid; Deleting provisions that authorized the agency to receive funds from certain state entities, local governments, and other political subdivisions for a specific purpose; altering the annual allocation cap for hospitals participating in the Statewide Medicaid Residency Program; creating the Graduate Medical Education Startup Bonus Program; providing parameters for the reconciliation of managed care plan payments in the long-term care managed care program, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2015
