Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services; Revising required information for licensure to include e-mail addresses; revising the prohibition against withdrawal or transfer of assets within the care and maintenance trust fund to include an exception; requiring a licensed cemetery company to request a method for withdrawal from the cemetery company’s care and maintenance trust fund; providing that an applicant for the embalmer apprentice program may not be licensed without a determination of character by the licensing authority, etc.
