GENERAL BILL by Altman

Education Funding Tax Reform; Replacing revenue from the required local effort education property tax with revenue from an education sales and use tax; providing for levy of an education sales and use tax, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2016
