Environmental Control; Repealing provisions relating to violations of consumptive use permit conditions; providing conditions under which certain constructed clay settling areas are exempt from reclamation rate and financial responsibility requirements; requiring Florida registered professionals to certify that certain stormwater management systems will meet additional requirements for a general permit, etc.
