Teacher Scholarship Program; Establishing the Teacher Scholarship Program within the Department of Education; specifying student eligibility requirements for undergraduate and graduate scholarships under the program; requiring each postsecondary institution to annually certify to the department by a specified date the names of students who are eligible for the program; requiring each postsecondary institution to notify the department throughout the academic year of whose scholarship should be rescinded due to disenrollment from an eligible teacher program, etc.
