Rights and Responsibilities of Patients; Requires health care facilities & providers to authorize patients to bring in any person of patients' choosing to specified areas of facilities or providers' offices; provides exception; requires health care facilities & providers to include such authorization as additional patient standard in statement of rights & responsibilities made available to patients by health care providers.
