GENERAL BILL by Campbell

School Attendance; Providing that compulsory school attendance laws apply to children ages 6 to 18 years; requiring parental notice of forfeiture of benefits received from a state financial assistance program upon a request for termination of school enrollment; requiring students to attend school until the age of 18 years; removing discretionary authority of a district school board to allow a student to take a high school equivalency examination after reaching a specified age, etc.
