GENERAL BILL by Rouson
Conditional Release Program; Providing that persons convicted of a noncapital offense and sentenced for a life term qualify for conditional release, subject to certain terms and conditions; requiring that the Department of Corrections within a specified timeframe review certain records of persons serving life-term sentences and compile such information for the Florida Commission on Offender Review to use in making certain determinations regarding conditional release, etc.
