Prohibited Discrimination; Creating the “Florida Competitive Workforce Act”; adding sexual orientation and gender identity as impermissible grounds for discrimination in public lodging establishments and public food service establishments; revising the purposes of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 to conform to changes made by the act, etc.
