Use of Genetic Information; Prohibiting life insurers, long-term care insurers, and disability income insurers from certain actions relating to genetic information or genetic testing of applicants; prohibiting such insurers from taking certain actions relating to coverage or rates unless certain conditions are met; specifying that certain requirements relating to DNA analysis apply to entities providing direct-to-consumer commercial genetic testing, etc.
