Medicaid Eligibility; Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to seek authorization from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to eliminate the Medicaid retroactive eligibility period for nonpregnant adults; requiring the agency to request such authorization to become effective no later than a certain date, etc.
