Florida Main Street Program and Historic Preservation Tax Credits; Citing this act as the "Main Street Historic Tourism and Revitalization Act"; specifying eligibility requirements for receiving specified tax credits for taxpayers that rehabilitate certified historic structures; specifying requirements for the Division of Historical Resources of the Department of State for evaluating and certifying applications for specified tax credits; authorizing the carryforward, sale, and transfer of tax credits; providing the Department of Revenue and the division audit and examination powers for specified purposes related to certified rehabilitation expenses, etc.
