Financial Disclosures; Revises qualification requirements for certain candidates for office; requires specified local officers to file full & public disclosure of financial interests; exempts specified local officers from certain financial disclosure requirements; provides that certain local officers must file their statements of financial interests with specified supervisor until specified date; revises documents that must be filed electronically; provides that certain delinquency notices may not be sent by certified mail.
