Two-way Radio Communication Enhancement Systems; Specifies authority having jurisdiction determines minimum radio signal strength for all new & existing buildings; authorizes use of two-way radio communication enhancement systems to comply with radio signal strength requirements in Florida Fire Prevention Code; exempts certain apartment buildings from requiring two-way radio communication enhancement systems; provides existing high-rise buildings must comply with specified minimum radio strength requirements by specified dates.
