Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Revising requirements for applicants for a Class “K” license; revising the circumstances under which the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs may waive firearms training requirements; revising requirements relating to registration fees for certain charitable organizations, sponsors, and parent organizations; revising the definitions of the terms “Category I liquefied petroleum gas dealer” and “Category V LP gas installer”; providing criminal penalties for certain actions relating to retail fuel theft, etc.
