Governmental Agency Drone Use; Requires governmental agencies that use drones not produced by approved manufacturers to submit by specified date to DMS comprehensive plan for discontinuing use of such drones by specified date; requires that agencies not timely submitting required plan must discontinue use of such drones by specified date.
