Food Recovery; Directs DACS to implement pilot program to provide incentives to Florida agricultural companies to sell fresh food products to food recovery entities; authorizes food recovery entities to negotiate purchase price & reimburse agricultural companies for certain costs; requires DACS to reimburse food recovery entities for certain costs, submit report to Governor & Legislature, & adopt rules; provides shipping & invoice requirements.
