Victims of Crime; Prohibiting the deposition of specified victims in a criminal action, absent a showing of good cause; providing for factors to be considered concerning such motions; requiring that a victim be notified that he or she has the right to be informed of specified information if contacted by certain persons acting on behalf of a defendant in a criminal proceeding, etc.
