X of State Constitution; revises provisions relating to state minimum wage including, protected rights, prohibition on certain contracts, process for filing complaint, statute of limitations during investigation, liability & recordkeeping; creates the Division of Labor Standards Community Advisory Board; provides for membership, meetings & duties of board; requires annual report.
