Immigration and State-issued Identification; Revises provisions relating to driver licenses; removes provisions relating to: patient immigration status data collected by hospitals, licenses to practice law for unauthorized immigrants, employers using E-Verify, human smuggling, & sanctuary policies; requires state & political subdivisions to accept certain identification documents; revises provisions related to: person's immigration status and obtaining a professional or occupational license, law enforcement agreements with ICE, cooperation with federal immigration authorities by correctional facilities, visa applications, & children's immigration status affecting access to public schools.
