Wireless Services Provider Automatic Location Identification Information; Citing this section as the “Parental Rights and Mobile Location Tracking Act”; authorizing a parent or person with legal custody of a child and a guardian of a ward to access a child’s or ward’s automatic location identification information under certain circumstances; requiring a wireless services provider to provide to a parent, person with legal custody, or guardian the automatic location identification information of certain cellular telephones in certain circumstances; specifying the format of receipt of automatic location identification information; authorizing a person who is a victim of domestic violence to request a temporary suspension on the ability of certain persons to access their automatic location identification information, etc.
