Certified Public Accountants; Authorizing certain certified public accountants to apply to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to place their licenses on retired status; providing that a licensee loses retired status; authorizing a retired licensee to accept certain reimbursements or per diem amounts; prohibiting a retired licensee from offering or rendering certain professional services, etc.
