Aviation; Requires owner or lessee of proposed vertiport to comply with specified requirements; requires DOT to conduct specified inspection of vertiport; provides duties of DOT with respect to vertiports, advanced air mobility, & other advances in aviation technology; requires report to Governor & Legislature; requires airports to competitively bid vertiport operator contracts; revises requirements for adoption of airport land use compatibility zoning regulations.
