Substance Abuse and Mental Health Care ; Expands mental health crisis services to include the 988 suicide and crisis lifeline call center; authorizes a guardian advocate to be discharged when a patient is discharged from involuntary outpatient services; requires clinical psychologists who make determinations of involuntary placement at certain mental health facilities to have specified clinical experience; authorizes a designated facility to retain a patient for the remainder of a specified timeframe under certain circumstances.
